The annual Australian Securitisation Forum conference is the leading securitisation and covered bond event in Australia and the highlight in the sector's calendar.
Last year, the event attracted more than 1,200 registrations from Australia, New Zealand and internationally. In planning for record numbers again in 2024, the event is moving to the biggest hotel in Sydney: the Hyatt Regency.
This event is in-person only. It is taking place on Monday 2 December and Tuesday 3 December 2024 at the Hyatt Regency Sydney. Attendance is strictly by registration only.

To assist travelling delegates, the Australian Securitisation Forum has arranged a discounted room rate of A$350/night for conference delegates wishing to stay at the Hyatt Regency Sydney.

Accommodation terms and conditions
– There is limited group rate availability from Sunday 1 December 2024 – Thursday 5 December 2024. (Dates outside these dates are subject to availability and not considered part of the group booking.)
– The group rate is $A350/night ‘room only', for a standard room; i.e. no inclusions (any add-ons, such as breakfast, Internet, minibar, laundry, club access & dining are on top of the room rate and at the expense of the guest.)
– Check in is from 3:00pm and check out is by 11:00am – early check in cannot be guaranteed, however requests for early check in cannot exceed a request time of 11:00am. Should you arrive at the hotel prior to 3pm you are more than welcome to
register at reception where your room will be placed on priority so as to try
and accommodate your early check in request.
– Any requests for check in prior to 11:00am will be
based on availability and incur a full night rate additional fee to guarantee. If you would like to guarantee an early check in the Hyatt recommends you book the previous night so that a room will be held for your early arrival the next day.
– Full payment is required to take advantage of the conference rate - delegates will be required to pay by credit card at the time of booking.
– All ASF Conference rate room bookings are non-refundable, based on a 30-day, pre-event, cancellation policy.
– Rooms required for dates outside of the event agreement will need to be booked separately via the Hyatt Regency website.
– All online bookings are self-managed and are the responsibility of the booking contact.
– No shows will not be refunded.
Dinner tickets
The ASF Gala Dinnerwill take place on Tuesday 3 December2024. Arrival is 6.30pm for a strict 7pm start. The dinner concludes at 10.30pm. Thisis a sit-down, three-course dinner that will be held in the Grand Ballroom at the Hyatt Regency, Sydney.
